Brian believes we need to protect property rights for citizens in South Carolina. He is totally against any type of land grabs deals that are similar to what happened in the Kelo v. City of New London decision in Connecticut. He believes this is a major threat to the people of South Carolina and takes away from our personal freedoms. He believes we must in fact strengthen our state’s eminent domain laws, he believes we must appoint strict judges who respect the Constitution and will protect the people of our great state. Families should be able to provide the best for their families without the government taking it away from them.
